Ben is a passionate leader whose desire is to see God move powerfully in this generation. He serves as NGM (Next Generation Ministries) Director with the PAOC, BC and Yukon District. He loves coaching and training leaders, and reaching young people for Christ! Each year Ben directs several conferences and events, including BC’s largest annual youth conference, “Historymaker”. Over the years God has used him to see and set vision, to build young leaders and to establish pioneering kingdom initiatives. He and his wife Heather have been married since 1995 and together they reside in Langley BC with their four young kids.
